Zazzle Cleaning Co

Welcome to Zazzle Cleaning Co. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our cleaning services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Zazzle Cleaning Co provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All services are tailored to your booking request and may include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and specialist services.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or online.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.
If access to the property is not available at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted based on property size and the type of cleaning required.
All charges are inclusive of cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due upon completion unless an alternate arrangement is made in writing.
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (where agreed in advance).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total.
Refunds will only be issued where a service has not been delivered as agreed and cannot be rectified.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return one additional time to re-clean the area in question at no extra cost.
6. Access to Property
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that our cleaners have access at the agreed time. This includes access to water, electricity, and secure entry.
7. Health & Safety
Zazzle Cleaning Co adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Our cleaners will not use any unsafe cleaning products or equipment.
We reserve the right to refuse to clean any area that poses a risk to our staff.
8. Liability
We are fully insured for public liability and employee injury.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Any damage caused by our cleaners must be reported within 24 hours of service for review and resolution.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Securing or removing valuables prior to service.
Notifying us of any hazards, delicate items, or areas requiring special care.
Ensuring pets are secured during cleaning if necessary.

11. Termination
Zazzle Cleaning Co reserves the right to terminate or refuse service for:
Repeated cancellations or no-shows
Inappropriate or abusive behaviour
Unsafe working conditions
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
